If you receive an inappropriate message (offensive language, uncomfortable content, etc.), you can block the sender at any time by right-clicking on their username, selecting “Delete contact” and then checking “Block user.” They will no longer be able to contact you.
However, if a message contains clearly illegal content (child sexual abuse material, threats, hate speech, etc.), we strongly encourage you to report it to the appropriate authorities. Click here to learn more about reporting illegal content.
The technical architecture of the service (Peer2Peer) does not allow us to moderate the content or conversations that transit through the software, but we fully cooperate with the authorities as part of legal investigations, within the limits of our capabilities and obligations.
