It can be caused by several factors: Your hardrive is full. The file you are downloading is corrupted or has been moved by your contact. One of your downloaded file is corrupted: Empty (or copy somewhere else) your reception folder’s content.
Select the Options menu and click on the Traffic tab,Click the 3 dots […] to modify your Download folder.
You cannot stop a specific upload. However, you can limit the number of simultaneous uploads by going to the transfer options (transfer tab/modify transfer behaviour). You can even change the number of uploads to 0 to stop all of your uploads.
