To uninstall GigaTribe on Windows, go to Settings > Installed apps, enter “GigaTribe” in the search field, select the GigaTribe application, and click Uninstall.
Below are two tools you can use if the standard uninstallation fails:
- If you want to remove an old version of GigaTribe before installing a new one, use the following tool to keep your settings (chat, shared folders, etc.):
Uninstall without deleting settings: GigaTribe_uninstall_keep_parameters.zip
- If you want to completely remove GigaTribe, including all its settings, use the following tool:
Complete uninstallation: GigaTribe_uninstall_and_cleanup.zip

- Download the .zip file.
- Open it.
- Run the .bat file it contains.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
